First Wednesday: Railroads in Our Backyard, with Richard Torney In-Person
Join historian Richard Torney for a presentation on the significant role railroads have played in showcasing the wonders of Marin County to the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. This presentation features historic images from the 1870s through the 1960s, paired with current images captured between 2003 and today. Created with the help of several local historical groups and numerous individual collectors, this program is sure to be educational for both those familiar with these trains and those new to this part of local history.
