Mushrooms of Mexico with Connie Green In-Person

Join famed forager, co-author of The Wild Table cookbook and founder of Napa’s Wine Forest Wild Foods, Connie Green, for a talk about mushrooms of Mexico.

Green’s love for foraging started on her grandparents’ farm where she harvested berries, wild grapes, and sassafras. In the sixties, she started hunting morels. Her passion for foraging continued after she moved to Napa in the 80s. She founded Wine Forest Wild Foods in 1981, the oldest wild mushroom company in North America, and has supplied beautiful wild mushrooms to chefs such as Thomas Keller, Michael Mina, Traci de Jardins, Christopher Kostow, Corey Lee, Nancy Oaks and many others.
