Don Reed was an NPR Snap Judgment Storyteller of the Year. He is the host/producer of Redwood Nights: Storytelling Under the Stars in Fairfax. His solo storytelling shows have won and been nominated for multiple Theatre Bay Area, Off Broadway NY, and NAACP Awards. Most recently Reed's storytelling has catapulted him to signing a book deal with Simon & Schuster. He was triple nominated for the 2024 Broadway World SF Bay Area Awards for Best Solo Performance/Best Play/Best Director. Reed was also the longtime opening act/warm-up comedian for The Tonight Show. He recently partnered with Johnny Carson's - Carson Entertainment Group for his multi-media one man show "The Never Too Late Show", sharing producing duties with Seinfeld writer Pat Hazell. redwoodnightslive.com
Joe Klocek is a square peg in a round hole sort of guy, having been raised as a midwesterner but having lived in San Francisco for 30 years. He has been featured on NPR's Snap Judgement and has also appeared on Comedy Centrals, Live at Gotham and NBC's Last Comic Standing. He runs two monthly shows in San Francisco: the game show "Get It!" at Cobbs Comedy Club and Joe Klocek & Friends at The Punch Line. He had a two month "comic in residency" at the first comedy club in Shanghai.
Dhaya Lakshminarayanan is a stand-up comedian, storyteller, and writer. Her debut album DHAYATRIBE debuted #2 on iTunes. She currently serves as the host of the San Francisco’s monthly Moth. She is the host of Dating with Dhaya on KQED and has told stories for NPRs snap judgment, the Moth radio hour, and written for Sony Columbia and MSNBC's Richard Lui. She is funnier than chatgpt. Lauren Parker is a fourth generation female breadwinner descended from male charlatans, and thus has grown up to become a very educated liar. She is the author of the poetry collection We Are Now the Thing in the Woods (Bottlecap Press, 2023), Dark Way Down (Animal Heart Press, 2025), and Spells for Success (Simon Element, 2025). She has a newsletter, Do You Want to Do Some Witchcraft.
Corey Rosen is a writer, actor, producer and author of books “Your Story, Well Told” and “A Story for Everything.” He hosts The Moth StorySlam, Simply Said at the Lark Theater and "Word of Mouth" Storytelling at Sausalito Center for the Arts. He has been featured on The Moth Radio Hour.
Regina Stoops is an award-winning storyteller, comedian, writer, and co-producer of online storytelling at Six Feet Apart Productions. Her stories have been heard on the Risk! Podcast, The Moth Grand Slam stage, NPR’s Story Borealis, Redwood Nights, and the National Storytelling Festival. Regina tells true (mostly) personal stories infused with humor, bringing light to the struggles and strengths of the human condition.
