Planting SEEDS - It's Okay to Have BIG Feelings! In-Person
Have you ever felt BIG feelings? That’s okay, we all have! Join SEEDS as we learn from Ms. Rachel about how to label and express our big feelings. And we’ll learn that it’s okay and good to have big feelings! After watching Ms. Rachel, we will do an arts and crafts activity to make a feelings chart and calming strategies page, which kids can take home and use in moments when they have big feelings. As always, SEEDS will begin the program with a calming breathing exercise. Presented by SEEDS. Grades K-3. Registration required. Please register children only, adults are welcome to attend with their child.
