Mosa Maxwell-Smith fell in love with storytelling when she learned that introducing songs at concerts with short little stories was not a job, and most singers didn’t want her help. She started hosting story parties in her living room in 2011, before the Moth had even migrated to the Bay Area. She is honored to have told regularly at Bawdy Storytelling, Story Slam Oakland, and other venues around the Bay. Mosa utilizes storytelling regularly in her "day job" as a Montessori Educator, Trainer, and Coach. She is delighted to be returning to the Mill Valley Library.
