Aging Well with AI: Health In-Person
Ever find yourself wondering how smartwatches seem to know more about your health than you do? Or maybe you’ve heard about those futuristic AI buddies that can chat with you like an old friend, remind you to get off the couch for a walk, take your meds, or even lift your spirits with a pep talk when you’re feeling down? If you’re curious about how all this works—and how it can help you—you’re in the right place!
In this class, led by AI expert Bridget Burke, we’ll look at how these advanced tools—like wearables and AI companions—are transforming the way we manage our health. But don’t worry—this isn’t your typical health class. Think of it more like an exploration into the future of wellness, where cutting-edge technology meets the tried-and-true ways of staying healthy.
Bridget’s here to show you how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can team up with those trusty health tools you already know and love, helping you feel your best every day. Expect hands-on activities, plenty of laughs, and real, practical tips you can start using right away.
