Teen Author Talk: Out of Left Field with Jonah Newman In-Person / Online
Join us for an engaging author talk with Mill Valley native Jonah Newman, the author of "Out of Left Field." Jonah will be Zooming in from New York City to discuss this compelling coming-of-age graphic novel follows a teen's journey of self-discovery and being out in the world of baseball. "A nerdy gay teenager jumps headfirst into the bro-y world of high school baseball in this semi-autobiographical LGBTQ+ graphic novel." The program will be hybrid for those that would like to attend virtually or in person. The author will be giving behind-the-scences on the process of his book and answering audience questions! Teens and Adults welcome! Creekside room and Zoom. Refreshments will be provided.
