Solar Science at the Depot Plaza In-Person
Join the Mill Valley Library and Marin Stargazers for a (safe) peek at the sun to learn about solar science and eclipses as we prepare for the partial total eclipse visible in Marin on April 8th. Dan Smiley of Marin Stargazers will facilitate a viewing through a solar telescope, and the library will distribute free solar-safe eclipse glasses which we'll use to observe the sun (and can also be used to view the eclipse on the 8th). Join us for learning, crafts, and fun for all ages!
