Inspired by the book "Mama Built a Little Nest" by Jennifer Ward, a delightful book that showcases the various types of nests found in nature, join us on a journey to discover the fascinating ways birds build their homes. After the story, children will have the opportunity to become engineers and design their own nests! Using a variety of materials, they will create nests that meet specific design constraints. Can their nests hang from a branch or float on water? Let's find out! Grades K-2. Registration required.
